• Please note that each embroidered shirt and sewn item, such as bags, is made to order.

• Delivery times might vary. Estimated delivery is up to 2 - 3 weeks for embroidered items and 1 - 2 weeks for sewn bags, but it could be quicker.

• ‘Ready To Ship’ (RTS) products ship next business day.

• No shipping on weekends or holidays.

• At checkout, the estimated timeframe is not created by me; it’s automatic and should be disregarded.

• Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

• Customizations: If you have specific requests or customizations, please reach out to us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

• Once a package has been dropped off and is in transit, we are not responsible for lost or delayed items. In the event of a lost package, please contact USPS directly to resolve the issue. We can assist in providing tracking information but cannot take further action on lost or delayed packages.

1. Machine wash on a gentle cycle or hand wash.
2. Use cold water to preserve colors and prevent shrinkage.
3. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach.
4. Turn items inside out before washing.
5. Lay flat to dry or hang to prevent distortion.
6. Iron on a low setting if needed, avoiding direct contact with the embroidery.
7. For sewn bags, unless made of cotton, spot clean only.

Laser Engraved Items:

1. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth.
2. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the engraving.
3. For wood items, you can use a mild wood cleaner or polish, but avoid getting it too wet.
4. Keep away from extreme heat or direct sunlight to prevent warping or fading.
5. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the quality of the engraving.

Why the Higher Cost for Larger Sizes?

Color Disclaimer
